The 4th Annual KAI Symposium will be held February 21-22, 2024, online, via Zoom. The theme is Change that Matters, recognizing that KAI practitioners can help those who want to enact change in order to make things better or different.

The KAI Symposium is an opportunity for individuals to share insights and findings from using KAI and adaption-innovation theory with KAI practitioners and guests from around the globe.
Context and Significance of the Symposium
Change is happening all around us, at an increasing rate, at great complexity, and often at a consequentially large scale. Change can be large or small, simple or complex, fast or slow, and evolutionary or revolutionary. Disagreements of how and what to change can occur on each of these criteria. Change that matters signifies an ethic of change. Asking the question, that just because we can change something, should we?
